The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is suggested asking for a fatwa to the Supreme Court (MA) in order to recruit investigators. MA’s spokesperson said, MA can only give fatwa on procedural laws, but not for other organizations.

One of the team’s nine members, Yenti Garnasih, said on Wednesday that in addition to the open registration process expected to kick off on Friday, in which all eligible candidates can register themselves at the State Secretariat Office, the team would also personally approach individuals deemed to have clean track records
